This club like most cycling clubs prioritize safety, so I wanted this design to be bright, bold, and safe but this time I also wanted to avoid yellow and orange and that lead me to pink.

Client Training: East Lyme DTC
I recently was asked to lead a group Squarespace training class for a group of members from the East Lyme DTC. The class went really well and the attendees were very grateful and were editing website content on their own with their own individual logins by the end of the two hour session.
Some years back I helped this client upgrade their site from a WordPress site to the Squarespace they still use today. At the time I trained the media coordinator Lisa to use the new site.
I also sis a bit of logo work for them, recreating their original logo because they had lost access to an editable version of their logo. They requested a vector version that could be used for applications large and small.

Another Birthday Cycling Jersey Design for Marlin & Broadway Auto
For the third time in the last ten years I was asked to design a surprise cycling jersey for Marlin a local small business owner who hosts a weekly group cycling ride from his shop in Mystic, CT.
This time I designed not only a jersey but a whole line of clothing: Long sleeve, short sleeve, jacket, gloves, shorts, hat, buff, and even shoe covers.
For the third time in the last ten years I was asked to design a surprise cycling jersey for Marlin a local small business owner who hosts a weekly group cycling ride from his shop in Mystic, CT.

Marlin’s Broadway Auto group ride is a spirited local ride that has become a local Wednesday night tradition (weather permitting). For this edition of the jersey I wanted to create a design that is modern enough to fit into the professional peloton while also combining stately and flashy. I also wanted the design to pay homage to the hyper local nature of the group.
The design features the Mystic bascule bridge, a major local landmark and in the background as texture are local road names all of which Marlin himself road on during the 2023 season. There is also a US Flag, as a nod to Marlin’s military service, and the logo of the memorial foundation of a close friend.
Website Design Client: Pequot Cyclists
Local cycling club the Pequot Cyclists wanted to upgrade their site from WordPress to Squarespace.
Website Design & Content Management: Community Oncology Alliance
This organization wanted to modernize their WordPress website so that it would become responsive to the type of screen it was being viewed on.
They also needed content management for their daily blog.
Website Design Client: Dr. Gwenn Rosenberg ND
Local family practice physician needed a new website and had big plans including a membership platform allowing access to member’s only content areas.
Dr. Rosenberg asked me to help her to broadcast group workshops for her clients and she wanted me to record these workshops for her patients but she also wanted these videos protected behind a paywall.
Event Announcement Calendar Graphics
To begin we needed a calendar of events and I create a graphic for each of the I set all this up and then set about editing the recordings and creating on brand title cards for the intro of each video.

For this design I found a design I could use in multiple ways creating a nice theme that would allow subtle differences for each video, eventually I created title cards for over 50 videos.

This client asked for a website built on the WordPress website. They also had graphic design needs and social media content management requests.
The website has since been replace with an industry specific platform.
